None. Consignment means you only pay for what sells. After 30 days, you decide whether to move to wholesale or wind it down cleanly.
During consignment, you choose up to 2 product types, 3 styles per product, and a maximum of 3 units per style — a small footprint that won't take over your floor. If you move to wholesale, minimum order requirements apply, but they're straightforward to meet.
Around 40-50%. We price to make sure retail partners earn a healthy margin. Specifics are worked out during onboarding based on your setup.
We protect your territory. In smaller cities, we work with one partner only. In mid-size cities like Kingston, we place two partners in distinct areas — one tourist-facing, one community-embedded — so they're not competing. In larger cities like Edmonton and Calgary, we cap at three locations with minimum distance between them. Your investment is protected.
We collect the remaining stock at the 30-day mark. No fees, no awkward conversations — we mean it.
