RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At MoriCat, your satisfaction is paramount. Our comprehensive return and refund policy ensures a fair and responsive process should you need it. 

Unfulfilled & Unopened Orders:

For orders that have not been delivered or are unopened, we offer a full refund. Rest assured, we will process refunds promptly within 10-15 business days upon verification.

Delivered & Unopened:

You have a 7-day window to request a return after receiving your item. To qualify, items must remain in the condition they were received—unused, with original tags and packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Delivered & Opened:

Returns of opened items are generally not accepted, barring exceptional circumstances that will be reviewed case-by-case. Should a return be granted, it may result in a partial refund, with the shipping costs to be covered by you or deducted from the refund.

Shipping Damage:

Upon receipt, please inspect your order. Any defects, damages, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Provide photos of the damage to facilitate a smooth resolution process.

    Exclusions:

    Items excluded from returns include perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards. For further details or queries regarding excluded items, please reach out to us directly.

      Exchanges:

      To obtain a desired item, please return your current item. Upon acceptance of the return, you can then proceed with a separate purchase for the new product.

      EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

      For our EU customers, irrespective of our standard policy, you are entitled to a 14-day return period with no justification needed. The condition for returned items remains consistent: unmarked, unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.


      Unsolicited Returns:

      Please be aware, returns dispatched to us without prior request will not be accepted.

      Refunds:

      We’ll communicate once we’ve received and reviewed your returned item. Upon approval, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account. If you haven't received a refund after 15 business days post-approval, please get in touch with us at info@moricat.com.
