If the markings are off, the expression is wrong, or it simply does not look like your cat, we adjust it and send new photos. If we still cannot get it right, you get a full refund. You are not paying $449 and hoping.

$449 is the price at your door. Shipping is on us and so are the duties — no courier arriving with a second bill after you have already paid.

Standard production takes about two months; rush is two to four weeks. Add nine to fourteen days of tracked air freight. To arrive before December 20: order standard by October 11, or rush by November 5. For any other date, message us before ordering and we will tell you straight whether it fits.

You deal with one person throughout — the artisan building your plush, not a support queue: reference photos, markings, pose and approval, all with the same person.

Twenty-four inches, 61 cm, is the size you hold rather than look at. It has real weight against the chest and it does not sit neatly on a shelf, which is the point.
